What is a Design Consultation?

A design consulation is putting our minds together to create the look you desire in a home remodel project.  We understand how overwhelming home remodels can be with so many choices.  The design consultation will hopefully make the process a bit less cumbersome and provide you with the direction with regards to paint, tile, flooring, cabinet styling, hardware and other design choices.

• Schedule an in person meeting to discuss space, style, budget and take photos. 
• Should you decide to move forward with MLD, you will complete a survey and we will schedule a time for detailed measurements and additional follow up discussions. 
• We will create a mood board for each space to help you visualize each space.  We provide you with just the right amount of options so you aren't overwhelmed.
• Furniture and large items will ship directly to you. We will procure the smaller decorative items to bring over for styling once the large items are in place. 
• The final step is a "Styling Day." On this day we arrive with everything necessary to finish your space. We think it is best when the client takes some time to enjoy themselves away from the home this day while we work our magic to make the space come alive!
